Introduction

At some point in this journey of exploration, language learning, and the discovery of new countries, cultures, and people, the idea of seeking financial freedom emerged. Itakhi also springs from this desire. However, in our cultural context, concepts of entrepreneurship and ownership (of your time, of “being your own boss”) are not the norm. Our perspective on the matter has changed through exposure to diverse narratives encountered in recent years.

However, we had to overcome some hurdles, such as the resistance to the idea of selling. Throughout our working lives, we were always employees, and that task consistently fell to others. Nevertheless, we realized that not all sales are the same; selling something that transforms and contributes differs significantly from selling something destructive or soulless. In this quest for meaning, we recognized the fundamental importance of seeking to add value and meaning in our transactions. We quickly understood that we can view our business as more than just making a profit; instead, we always strive to provide authentic value. Selling our services with a focus on transforming the world, inspiring others, and maintaining humanity and a sensible approach resonates more with us than just the pursuit of material gains.

Value as Guiding Principle: Itakhi’s Commitment to Impact

This is where the concept of value becomes the cornerstone of our business philosophy. We firmly believe that, above all else, we must provide genuine value. Hence, Itakhi’s core principle is centered around creating value, fostering improvement in others, and, most importantly, maintaining a long-term commitment to altruistically contribute to projects aimed at nurturing the planet, supporting women, the elderly, children, and fostering cultural enrichment.

In alignment with this ethos, we have made two significant decisions:

Green Hosting for Sustainable Future

We commit to migrating and hosting all our websites on environmentally friendly servers, specifically Green Geeks, no later than May 2024 (we are already doing it). Opting for ecological hosting is our promise to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable digital ecosystem. This decision strongly aligns with our values of caring for the planet and promoting ecological practices in the tech industry.

Empowering NGO’s

For every six client websites we build, Itakhi pledges to create a free website for an NGO. In 2024, we have already built four websites. Are you ready to be #5 or #6? Contact us! Our commitment goes beyond just providing a website; we take care of the domain and hosting for the first year, offer regular maintenance, and provide resources and education. This initiative is our way of giving back to society, empowering those who may not have the means to establish their online presence, and fostering a sense of self-sufficiency.

Opening a Waiting List

So, with great joy, we announce that Itakhi is officially opening a waiting list for future free websites. If you are part of an NGO with a current situation doesn’t allow you to hire these services, or if you know someone and want to recommend them, do it here.

Conclusion: Collaborate for a Better Tomorrow

By choosing Itakhi, you’re not just accessing services; you’re actively participating in positive change. Together, we make strides towards a more sustainable world, empowering marginalized communities and shaping a brighter future for all.
