Our journey
Hey there, we’re Gabi and Tomi, 90s kids navigating the delicate balance between analog and digital worlds. As millennials, we’ve raced through the whirlwind changes of digital evolution, caught in a dance between two eras with little time to reflect about it.
For the longest time, we resisted the digital wave, unable to find purpose in its unfolding narrative. Until one day, like many of our peers, we abandoned the conventional life script, embracing a journey that made us hippies, backpackers, globetrotters, nomads, free spirits, and yes, even minimum-wage workers.
Our desire to witness the world clashed with the need to earn a living. We swapped our disdain for technology with a strategic embrace. Transitioning from victims to savvy digital nomads, we harnessed the power of technology, realizing the freedom it could offer.
Out of this metamorphosis emerges Itakhi—a rebellion against the ordinary and imposed. Recognizing that resistance alone achieves little, we sought ways to contribute meaningfully.
Itakhi’s mission is to assist free souls in their quest to create and thrive in their passion, even on days when motivation wanes. We aim to leverage technology as a tool for liberation, understanding its pivotal role in aligning our lives with values.
We want to connect with creative spirits with minimal online presence but possess a product or service that emanates a free-spirited essence—something that builds, includes, and beautifies the world!
We dream about empowering people and creating a digital space that reflects the beauty, kindness, freedom, and humanity we believe in.
Itakhi is a play on words between IT and Ithaca, the famous Greek island from the Odyssey. Our aspiration is that everyone finds their Ithaca and fully enjoys the journey.

About us
2018, Argentina – The day we decided to donate all our books to a prison in Montevideo, Uruguay and officially, our only belongings in life were going to fit into a backpack.
We believe that people are more than just their titles, achievements, scores, awards, and so on. We don’t place much importance on those things, but in case you wonder, in some of those previous lives before choosing the one we live today, on paper, we might have been lawyers and musicians. However, we still remain compulsive readers, deeply interested in philosophy, and fascinated by the intricacies of the human soul. We highly value friendships and the joy of sharing life experiences, true to our Argentine spirit. We keep dreaming about a more equal world, and we cannot imagine our existence without music, so in essence, we always keep some aspects very deep in our skins.

Moreover, we’re well-versed in both code and non-code realms, we understand the difference between UX and UI, and we already know how to craft a line in Figma, among other things ;). But most importantly, we try to remain humans, humbles, and we do our best not to mess up everything around us with our own problems. We care about making this world more calm, habitable, less stressful, and, above all, genuine.
A final note
We don’t like people who abuse their position of power and we find it very sad when others disrespect people because they think they are “better”. And not, we are not interested in connecting with those this time; sorry.
Our promise
We don’t know a lot of stuff, even if we try our best to stay updated, but we are so incredibly curious about the world that we’ve mastered the art of searching aka Googling it. If we don’t know something when you ask, rest assured, we will find it out later and provide you with a solution, always. That is our promise.
